It’s not that we lack the motivation to change, but rather we don’t yet have the skills or tools needed to get there.
About the workshop
Over the course of four, 60-minute sessions, you will:
Discover the “why” behind your desire to change.
Identify the actions necessary to see results.
Develop the skills to deal with life’s challenges that often derail your success.
Create a plan for you to accomplish your goal.
After identifying the area of your life that is out of sync, we will help sort out where and how to start on a path to a healthier version of yourself. This includes diet, exercise, sleep, relationships, and stress management.
Each session, facilitated by Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach, Julie Rose, NBC-HWC, includes education, discussion, co-creation, and peer support to bring confidence and accountability to achieve the best version of yourself.
This is YOUR time to prioritize yourself and the goals you’ve been wanting to achieve. Let’s work together to help make the best version of yourself a reality and celebrate your successes along the way.
